As soon as I receive your email, I'll provide you with instructions on how to return your order. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
The painting must be returned in good condition, in the full original packaging for a refund.
Once I receive your returned order in good condition I will process the refund. Refunds are normally processed within 7 days but please allow up to 14 days.
Please note: unfortunately delivery costs will not be refunded for any orders, unless the product is faulty or damaged.
Goods damaged in transit
If you received an artwork that was damaged in transit, then please take photographs, retain all packaging and get in touch straightaway at sj.abstractwallart@gmail.com
